These are just some resources I have at the moment. I will look for more and notify you if I find any.

  • The Word Cloud - an online writers' social networking site.
  • The BBC Writersroom - I use this quite a lot. If you are considering sending a script to the BBC in the UK, this site can tell you how. It also features interviews with scriptwriters, competitions and produced scripts to read. And of course a lot of advice! The address - For those in the North there is BBC Writersroom North.

  • Any actual produced scripts for film, TV, radio and stage you can buy on or even off the Internet. I have shooting scripts for the first three episodes of Series 25 of the British medical drama series Casualty.
  • A variety of (particularly screenwriting) books and magazines are also available. I have two books - Screenwriting For Dummies by Laura Schellhardt and Teach Yourself - Break Into Screenwriting by Ray Frensham.
